Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All classes must be booked online through our app or website. Walk-ins are not accepted.

When should I arrive?

Doors open 5 - 10 minutes before class while we clean, reset, and prepare the room. Please arrive early for your first visit so we can help you get settled. Your selected mat number will match your locker number.

What should I bring to class?

Athletic wear is required. We highly encourage you to bring water, grip socks, and a mat towel. Mats and face towels are provided. Grip socks are available for purchase, and mat towels are available to rent.

How hot is the room?

Our studio is heated to 100°F+. Please arrive hydrated, listen to your body, and take breaks whenever needed. You may pause or step out of the room at any time.

I'm new. Which class should I try first?

All of our classes are designed so that even someone with no experience can get through them. In our more challenging classes, instructors provide modifications so you can adjust the intensity, move at your own pace, and still get the full Inferna experience.

What is your late policy?

We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, entry will not be permitted.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Classes must be canceled at least 6 hours in advance to avoid a penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows result in a lost credit or a $15 fee. If something comes up, please contact us before class. We’ll always try to help when we can.

How does the waitlist work?

If a spot opens 8 hours or more before class, clients are automatically added in waitlist order. Within 8 hours of class, open spots are first come, first served for clients on the waitlist.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes. We offer monthly memberships, class packs, and drop-in options. Head to our Pricing page to learn more.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. Memberships may be paused for a $15 administrative fee. Paused months do not count toward your membership commitment.

Are purchases refundable?

All sales are final. Class credits or account balances may be issued in special circumstances at our discretion.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer 10% off for students, teachers, healthcare workers, first responders, and senior citizens. We offer 15% off for active military members and veterans. Discounts require valid ID and can be verified in-studio or by emailing info@infernafitness.com after creating your account.

What is the age requirement?

All clients must be at least 14 years old. Ages 14 - 15 must be accompanied by an adult during class. Ages 16 - 17 require a guardian’s signature in-studio before their first class.

Can I bring my phone into class?

Phones are allowed, but please be mindful when filming or taking photos. If you need to take a call, please step outside.

Are my belongings safe?

Staff is present in the lobby during all classes. Lockers are available, and you may bring your own lock. Inferna is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is a free parking lot on site. If our lot fills up, there is additional public parking at the park directly across the street from the gas station.
